Israeli businessman, entrepreneur, founder and owner of Gindi Investments, Gindi TLV, Gindi Brothers and iGindi. Kfir is a certified CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting.
About CPA Kfir Gindi
Kfir, born in 1981, married with 3 children, lives in Ramat Hasharon, holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration and has been a certified public accountant since 2007. As a youth, Kfir grew up in Savyon and, in addition to being a professional handball player majoring for 7 years, studied physics, mathematics, electronics and computers at Yehud comprehensive High School. In the military, he served in the intelligence wing of the unit for cooperation between the Air Force and the Infantry Forces.
At the same time as studying for a bachelor's degree, Kfir founded and initiated several operational businesses in the food sector and even spent a significant part of his time locating business opportunities in the field of real estate in Romania. After completing his studies, he moved with his wife Reut.
The Start of the Road
Kfir began his career in the field of real estate after completing his academic studies, then he moved to Romania and managed the activities of Gindi Investments in the country. Following the subprime crisis, Kfir returned to Israel in 2009 and became a partner in the family company. During Kfir's time, Gindi Investments made a significant leap forward in the scope and quality of its projects, with the Flagship project being “Gindi Tel Aviv” Towers.

Establishment of Gindi TLV
Gindi TLV is the flagship project that Kafir is one of along with his co-entrepreneurs Manor Gindi and Uri Levy.
In the center of Tel Aviv, between the Hashmonaim St, Karlibach St. and Menachem Begin St, a 55 dunams complex was built in the heart of Tel Aviv on the light rail stations on Menachem Begin Street.
As part of the initial phase of the project, the TLV Country mall was established with 777 units.
Gindi TLV is a neighborhood with 4 residential towers of 48 floors and 385 housing units.
The residential towers present a combination of tight and innovative architecture, and a high quality of life.

From “Canomed” to a “Geffen residential”
In 2019, Kfir founded Canomed – a public company that operated in the field of medical cannabis, together with his brother Manor.
Kfir was its CEO and director.
After a change in regulation that was carried out in Israel, the field was affected in a substantial way, the controlling owners decided that they wanted to give
value for investors and changed the company's activity from dealing with cannabis to dealing with real estate and in September 2022
Control of the company was transferred to Tzachi Abu, who currently leads and manages it under the commercial name Geffen residential.
Kfir and Manor remain investors and stakeholders in Geffen residential but are not involved in the management of the company.
Establishment of iGindi
Kfir, together with his brother Manor, founded iGindi – a digital company for organizing tenants in the field of urban renewal.
iGindi is an innovative professional company , specializing in organizing tenants and managing urban renewal projects.
iGindi locates economically viable complexes for evacuation-construction(“Pinuei-Binui”), groups their tenants under it and arranges for them
the entrepreneurs' tender for the project. The Gindi Brothers company, which he also founded with his brother Kfir, operates in the field of urban initiation and renewal and currently promotes several projects in the center of the country.
Hobbies and community life
Kfir has an international sailing (skipper) license, a diving license, and is a fan of water and snow skiing and kite surfing and also plays the drums.
At the beginning of the Iron Swords War, Kfir founded a voluntary enterprise designed to help businesses affected by the war. As part of the project, to which Kfir harnesses Snir association, small businesses receive assistance in receiving grants from the state as well as advice and guidance from a wide range of experts, including businessmen, lawyers, accountants, marketing consultants and more.
